Honest question, not meant to offend anybody or start any riots or whatever on the comment section but why are yall donating to the ALS? Is it because somebody challenged you to do so or because you have some sort of deeper rooted reason of doing it? Do they not get donations usually? Im being honest.... Like what makes ALS more important that Leukemia or Bone Cancer, Glaucoma, Down Syndrome etc? For instance every male member of my family has gotten diabetes at some point towards the end of their lives. My grandma died in part due to cancer. Why arent we donating to research for these diseases? Why is there such a push to donate to ALS when prostate and breast cancer are some of the most common killers of all people under the age of 30 in America . Why not raise money for heart disease etc. I mean Im not knocking donating to ALS I think its a great thing, but me personally... Id donate to something that affects me and my family before i gave my money up for the sake of a challenge. Just my thoughts.... What are yours?
