Honestly both drivers are at fault. The guy with the child should have waited for the road to clear in order to turn. He misjudged the other drivers speed expecting him to stay with the speed limit. And the other guy was going way too fast. The issue with speeding is it doesnt give you enough time to react to anything sudden. Nothing is that important to be in a rush. If ur late, ur late. ..Folks you cant get time back.
