Hope everyone had a great holiday season! Brandon seemed to enjoy the hustle and bustle of it all. He participated n opening his gifts and actually looked at them as if to approve or....not :) Hes finally over the crud, but seems like it lasted forever! The cough just wouldnt stop. We went to the foot dr today, he says Bs feet look AMAZING, haha! We are getting treatment for his nails. Its a slow process but we are gettin there. We are already getting excited about our 4 yr anniversary coming up Feb 7th and we are gonna do the balloon release again this year in March. FOUR YEARS!!!!!!!! God is so good! All the praise goes to Him and we thank Him every day for allowing Brandon to be here with us. We need a specific prayer request..... We have been having w/chair issues for a while now and even after replaced parts, his chair is just rickety!! Insurance will only cover a new chair every 5 yrs and we are only 3 yrs with this chair. The only way we can get a new chair is to show physical changes and/or progression that warrants a different chair. First.....hes gained 25 lbs, his spasticity is not as bad, and he shows that he wants to propel himself. He knows how to use a big rear wheel and his good foot to help move himself. We have a rep coming Wednesday to do an evaluation, we need B to show off!!!!!! He needs a new chair!!! Please pray with us that he has progressed enough to qualify for a new chair!!!!
