Hope that everyone had a great week-end and a wonderful Sunday. I visited Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church on SR 153 for their worship service. Just good old fashioned preaching with none of the frills and pretense. Sorta like the old country churches that I was raised in by my grandmother and mother. Very refreshing and flooded my mind with many great memories. Back when our lives were easier. I know mother and daddy had problems and worries, but they didnt let us kids know it. Heck, I thought that I had a good life. Didnt know until I went to college that we were poor and lived well below the poverty line. But I wouldnt trade those years for anything. Just hope that my kids have fond memories of their childhood. Have a great week and remember to SMILE.
