Hope to not keep rambling on about ASD, but heres another tip: Anger Tip (Again): Sorry for the confusion, but Ive been changing ideas a lot. I tend to do so when certain way of thinking or the tips of mine dont work out. Well, I would like to talk about anxiety. A particular situation that may cause great anxiety is dramatic social negativity or conflicts especially with those you expect to get along with. Something about some heated arguments, if not settled right, can cause you to go through days overthinking about it. Mind does this as it desperately seeks some sort of closure or end to the excruciating anxiety. A remedy that I keep going back and forth with is the emotion or mental state of anger. Its possible to use anger to suppress anxiety, but its also possible to experience anxiety and anger at the same time. I think to use anger effectively, you must make sure feel only anger and not have anxiety be a part of that feeling. Humans, I believe, can experience two or more emotions at one time. You can be happy and sad, you can be angry and happy. etc. When using anger, know that you dont have to experience only angry feelings. You can use the emotion of anger to give you some sense of control and security, but you can also be happy at the same time. Be sure to contract your forehead muscles as I think the use of anger to deal with anxiety is less effective when you dont express it in your face. youtu.be/8PIp6wgvH3A
