Hoping for some advice from people who have done a season previously. I train at gym 5 times a week doing a mix of cardio and weight training (which I love) but am fairly new to working out as I only started 2 months ago.eg.I can only deadlift 40kgs. I would like to do the 10kg challenge but I see that there is no exercise programme, is this because it is so calorie deficient? Could I do this programme and still exercise for +/-1,5 hours 5 days a week a day? TIA
