Positions Available (Part-Time and Full-Time): Professional Technical Installer Apprentice Installer Job Description: An installer at Horizon will be responsible for the sales and installation of home electronic products including TVs, audio systems, security cameras, and DirecTV satellites and receivers. Daily activities include troubleshooting customer problems on-site, physically demanding installations (wall and ceiling mounting of products, running wire in various locations, and heavy lifting at times), inventory tracking, invoice management, product ordering, scheduling, and various other operational tasks. Horizon will provide on-the-job training opportunities but an ideal candidate will be self-motivated to research and problem solve issues. They should be able to follow directions well, be detail-oriented, and work effectively both independently and in team environments. Most importantly, they must conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
