Horses needing a home: (sorry - no photos) I have several horses I need to find a home for - they are all healthy but need to have their feet done. I lost my job and I can no longer feed 7 horses, I would like to keep 2 if you could help me I do not want them to go for meat. I have been at the sales and that is a terrible thing. I will continue to take care of them if I have to but I would really like to find them good homes, they are like family. There are no special needs, except one mare has been foundered at some time in her life. They were all rescues that when i got them they were skin and bones. They are all fat and healthy now. There is a one year filly, and her mother i think about 7 or 8 years she is the one that was foundered she rides but has not been riden in 2 years. A gelding 7 or 8 appalosa, he rides but does not know anything, a black mare and her 3 year old filly (black also), foundation mare rides but needs tuned up she acted like she was going to buck when i got on her.
