Houma Police are currently working a shooting that occurred within the 500 block of Grand Calliou Rd. At 2045 hrs, Houma Police responded to the 500 block of Grand Calliou Rd in reference to a shooting where officers located a Hispanic male suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. The Hispanic male, whose identity is unknown at the time, was transported to Terrebonne General Medical Center to be treated for his injuries. At this time, Houma Police detectives are actively working this investigation.
