THAT TACKS ON TAX RELIEF FOR THE RICH, AT THE TUNE OF TACKING ON OVER 287 BILLION DOLLARS MORE DEFICIT TO THE NATION... IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING DEFICIT, AGREED UPON IN MAY!!! THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE... ultimately REFUSES TO RECOGNIZE Chris Van Hollen!!! THIS IS DESPICABLE .... absolutely FRIGGIN DESPICABLE!!!
