Housing Projects Timely & Properly Registered as Co-op Housing Societies and being well managed is part of better development in Surat. Understand Builders NOT complying with Housing Laws is against Surats Development. Vasupujya Developers have not complied with applicable laws. Does anybody have idea about unregistered housing projects? Unregistered Housing Societies are not in public interest. District Registrar, Surat is designated Authority to ensure compliance of Housing laws. Suratis should be concerned about Housing issues.
