How about that juxtaposition? One of the things I love about - TopicsExpress

How about that juxtaposition? One of the things I love about Beyonce is that she sets her pride and ego aside in an utterly powerful yet classically feminine way, all the while leveraging that for an epic design of commendable artistry and tremendous fortune --> a massive pride and ego stroke. I simply cannot stop looking or relating, try as I might. Is this a great example of the left hand being unaware of the right? Good business, common sense, and heaps of cynicism would have us say otherwise. But the proof is in the pudding. One need only listen to the emotional rawness and authenticity of her fifth studio album to see that this chick really has a lot more to say than she is able to express through sick rhymes and sweet beats alone. (Cant help but think back on all of that lovely introverted/extroverted Sasha Fierce nonsense that we all just unconsciously went along with. What?? That was a real thing!) The content of the album I mentioned, incited by who knows what kinds of personal demons/treadmills, combined with her entire body of work up until this point, all just point to one simple truth: she loves someone, a great deal. Not that the celebrity of it matters, its the mode of expression that beats and its there for the taking to interpret in whichever ways youre receptive to. Either way Im sure shell be laughing all the way to the bank, with or without Hova. Although, if were being honest, her artistry didnt even come into focus until he entered the picture - I hope she can maintain it if that ends. So, I say for all the ladies (or gents) out there who are into these sorts of dynamics - dont feel ashamed - do like Bey and Upgrade U… or him…seems transmutable! Honestly, had to express all of that before posting this one. I really miss being in school. I used to go to town on braggadocio. MJ is another favorite of mine - essays for days. All I can say, (and Ive been trying to say it for a long time), is that I hope she maintains her dignity when the heat runs out. *coughmariahcareypoorthing.* Though, if were talking Yonce, Im pretty sure thatll never happen. Cheers!
