This month’s menu: Entree Thai style prawn salad, pickled cucumber, red pepper coulis. Main Pan seared trout, kipfler and beet salad, hazelnut brown butter. Hosted by owners, Andy & Sherry, you will enjoy personal attention, good conversation, great food and professional tips from Head Chef Tom. The Programme 9.30 am Introductions and coffee. (Questions, and banter are welcome throughout the morning). 9.40 am Tom’s explanation of today’s menu and ingredients to be used. Preparation of dishes with tips, comments and industry secrets. 10.45 am Morning Tea. 11.00 am Tom will be cooking your lunch and explaining how to get the quality restaurant flavours throughout the dishes. 12.00 pm Lunch with Andy & Sherry Investment $115 per person Includes 2 ½ hours of personal instruction by Head Chef Tom Lyons.
