How about we just shut the f___ up??? I am so sick of the pissing contest that is going on with the 12s and other people who dont love Seattle fans. Does it REALLY matter how long someone has been a fan? I remember people saying the same thing when we loved Shaun Alexander and Mike Holmgren... And we saw what that negative vibe of who is a REAL fan did to the team... Well that and Shauns ability to stand up right while speaking with Casey Treat... But constantly falling on the field once that contract was signed... Anyhoo... I have for so long claimed to be a third generation twelfth man. . but why do I have to? And even though its true, why cant it be enough that I just love the team? I am actually in a unique position. I am here incognito. I hear what people say about the Hawk fans. We are ALL band wagoners. We didnt get loud until the Clink came along (right, because the King Dome has the best acoustics. . just ask my sisters about seeing Led Zeppelin there) I cant tell you how many times Ive heard how much people cant stand the Seahawks because their fans are JUST too much ... Over the top.. When did being a fan become a handicap? Bottom line... Statistically a QUARTER of this country are die hard Bronco fans. And yet some have never set foot in Denver. But they love the team. And look what that positive wave has done for the team. It makes them believe in themselves.... Even when they suck. What if.... Just what if... We stopped worrying about who was there first, and embraced and thanked who is here now??? What magic can we make happen just by the wonder of sheer will power??? * the crowd roared as she stepped off of her soap box.., fell over, and jumped back up and triumphantly claimed, Im alright... Nothing to see here folks.. Its all good
