How can we possibly do things better than nature itself... As a mother, partner, woman, girl, lover, friend, therapist, teacher and the rest, it is always my best intention to walk in the path of the highest and best, guided by my heart and sometimes reaching out or offering more than is required. I am gently reminded that anothers path is their path and sometimes it may come with pain, just like any animal in the animal kingdom, pain provides the greatest and fastest lesson, it is never my intention to invoke it, sometimes my reflection or what I see to be the truth in that moment may cause pain... this is a beautiful thing as it brings it to the surface to be released. I believe it is never anyones intention to hurt or be cruel to another, they are merely playing out a story of their own heart and defensives mechanism. We are all actors in a very large play and we all have a role, my learning is to perhaps let go of the attachment or expectation on another and allow them freely to their role. Only then can I see the real Gold in me... Today I am 42, I woke up in the Austrian Alps, crying tears of pure joy at the perfection of every moment which is today. I am truly blessed
