How come simply being born or existing on a landmass binds me to - TopicsExpress

How come simply being born or existing on a landmass binds me to certain laws? By which qualifiers am I Canadian, indicated that I have stated that I believe to be represented by the Canadian government [which no longer calls itself such], or consented to be governed by Canadian laws? Assume the Non-Aggression Principle between me and the Canadian State, since I am currently in Canada. I, the Canadian State, various indigenous groups, Quebeçois separatists, etc. may very well disagree on exactly whether or not I am in Canada. The assumption of the NAP implies that I will not have Canadian law used against me, whether or not I consent to it, as long as I do not act antagonistically to Canadian society- doesnt the /assumption/ of the NAP, violate the NAP? If I am able to be /assumed/ to be under Canadian legal jurisdiction- by which markers would it be absurd to put me to trial and charge me within the First Nations or Quebeçois legal framework?
