Head on over to the Train with Ange Facebook event page, check out the EVENTS tab: 4 sessions uploaded for the 29 June, 6, 13 and 20 July for us to trial this new location and time. 1hr sessions from 8 - 9am. You can fit in Park Run at New Farm Park or South Bank before Unleash! boxing and then head off to the markets, coffee shop or where ever your heart desires after the session!
