So HK told Jack Ma his business contravenes HKs listing requirements and refused to change to meet the requirements, instead telling HK to change its rules just for him. When HK said no, he goes whining to the US and somehow persuaded the Americans to let him on board. Same deal, if the whole world is looking at china, how come Alibaba have to go to the United States to get listed on the share market? Theres 1.3 billion people in china, one person one share, there should be plenty of money, right? 3.
