How many diet plans have you experimented with in the past? I bet you have never tried a Ketogenic Diet before. I will also bet that your shaking your head wondering what I am even talking about. One important factor is you are not allowed to consume more then 20-30 Grams of CARBOHYDRATES a day. Thats just one of the challenges, the second one is consuming 60%-70% fats (poly/mono saturated are healthier than saturated) which can be a psychological mind f*ck for most people due to LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!! Thats what Im here for ;) Once your body reaches Ketosis (approximately two weeks) it will be forced to burn FAT as an energy source instead of storing it. It is the most effective way to burn pure fat pound for pound with out even having to work out (for best results you better be working out).
