How many moms can say that they got a call from the school asking if they were aware that their male child intended to dress as a girl for a social studies project? I can! They asked if I was okay with it. My response? Are YOU okay with it, because I have no issue with dressing him in drag for the day. We will both get a kick out of it! His lack of fear rocks my world! When I reminded him that there would likely be some students that may find this weird or that may tease him, his only response was, It must be an incredibly boring life living so closed minded and afraid!
