How many of us out there feel their religious beliefs were indoctrinated in us from either our country and place of birth or from family influence at a younger age. How many of you feel that perhaps Christianity or Islam would not have been your religion of choice had you been given freedom to choose when we were young? Think hard about this , and then think if you had been given the choice , would you perhaps have been an earth warrior for the planet or pagan or something less mainstream but more in sync with the person you actually are and not the person society around you expected you to be . I have always maintained that in an ideal society children should be given religious freedom of choice and not have a particular religion forced upon them and made to be part of the flock of sheep they are born into . How much better would the world be if this was the case.
