How safe are our Training colleges/Schools... APTC EMBAKASSI.. I entered APTC at 11pm with my car & as I expected checks at the gate, I received a salute from the officers manning the gate AFANDE KARIBU. I stayed there for 2hrs & as I left, another salute, AFANDE UTARUDI? If a police training college is so cheap for a civilian to enter into and leave unchecked, what of our borders? a concerned mwananchi
