How to Identify Ponzi and Fruad Companies: 1. Any company promising returns of more than 25% return should be doing a miracle, get complete details what actually is the business, before getting to this business. 2. Most of such schemers call you for a business opportunity discussion, when you ask them to provide details on phone, they would say will share the details when you come, when you go there, you will be drilled and made to get confused of what the business is all about, but promise you to make you crorepathi in a year. They will say you can buy all the stuff you have not dreamt off in your life if you join this scheme. 3. They will tell you they want to see you succeed. 4. They will give you examples of rich people like Warren buffet, Richard branson and top people in finance industry and say they are also part of this, there is no way how to findout if these people who are mentioned are actually there or not. 5. They hurry you up to sign on same day and dont give your much time to think, if you say dont have money, they would say we can use your credit card. 6. If you are adament not to sign on same day, they would say time is very important, if you are late then you may go down in ladder and you stand loosing lakhs. 7. If you still say no, they they will ask you, dont you have confidence in me, do you think i will get you into something which is not good, see me am the proof of being succesful. See if they get irritated when you ask below questions: 1. Ask them if you can google the company name with word fraud. 2. Ask them about return/ discontinue policy. 3. Ask them for Brochures/Company documents. 4. Ask them to give you 15 days time to find out details about the company and business. 5. They normally ask you to visit their location, ask them to come down to you office/home for a 2nd round of discussion. 6. Ask them if you can bring three to four of your friends together for the 2nd round discussion. 7.
