How to Safely Help Someone Up From a Fall. Comfort Keepers shows you what to do in case you find yourself in a situation where someone has fallen, or are otherwise on the ground and cannot get up. Learn how to provide assistance while attempting to prevent any/further injury. Sometimes we might fall and we are ok, but just cant get back up without some help. Or maybe we were playing with our grandchildren on the floor/ground and cant get back up. This video is very helpful in showing two [2] ways to help someone off the ground. If you have an injury or recently had surgery yourself, do not attempt to assist someone else because you could not only end up hurting yourself, but causing injury to the person who needs help.
