|| How to attain Spiritual Elevation ? || The main thing in spirituality is to become eligible . In fact the delay is in becoming eligible and not in attaining God . The moment , an aspirant becomes eligible to attain the Lord , he attains the Lord instantly . The best means to become eligible is to consider the whole world to be God and all actions to be His divine sport . That is to see the whole world and its objects as God and to view all actions as divine sport . Due to this , the attitude gets divinised and one attains supreme blessedness very soon . We should practise to see God wherever our eyes and mind go . He who sees Me { the Universal Self } present in all beings , and all beings existing within Me , never loses sight of Me , and I never lose sight of them { Gita 6 / 30 } . Practising thus constantly , one realises everything as God . Just as the Lord says { Gita 17 / 19 } In the very last of all births , the enlightened soul worships Me , realizing that all this is God . Such a great soul is very rare . We should practise Sadhana keeping in mind the state of the realized soul as the goal to be attained . Using ones intellect , one should see God in everyone . Wherever the intellect , mind and eyes go , there we should see God and consider all actions to be divine sport . If we practise this Sadhana earnestly , then very soon complete purification of oneself would happen followed by the attainment of God very soon . Just as when one puts on a green coloured spectacle on ones eyes , everything appears green to him , similarly one should put on the spectacle of Hari { God } on the intellect . We should put on the spectacle of Haris { Gods } colour on the inner organ { mind } . Thus we should see everyone as God , perceive everyone as a manifestation of God . This is one of the best attitudes. We should install this attitude in our heart , put on the spectacle of this Bhava { attitude } and perceive that it is God alone who is here in the form of everyone and every object . Then we would attain God very soon . On attainment of God we would only perceive God everywhere . In this vision only , God exists everywhere . Nothing else exists besides God . This is the best of all Sadhanas { spiritual practices } . The Yogi who is established in union with Me , and worships Me as residing in all beings as their very Self , whatever activities he performs , he performs them in Me . Arjuna , he , who looks on all as one , on the analogy of his own Self , and looks upon the joy and sorrow of all equally --- such a Yogi is deemed to be the highest of all { Gita 6 / 31-32 } . Of all Yogis , again , he who devoutly worships Me with his mind focussed on Me is considered by Me to be the best Yogi { 6 / 47 } . We should recognise that we live in the Light even in a world of darkness around us . For , beyond and behind the ever-changing , the seen world of unrealities , transcending them , there is an unseen world of the eternal , unchanging Reality . We must live in this truth , in the awareness of this fact . That is the surest way of overcoming all things external conquering all obstacles and attaining the Supreme , for which we have been sent here . That is the great glory of human life . That is the grandeur of these times , times that have been endowed with more light , more wisdom , more knowledge , more insight , and more vision than any other century , than any other generation within human memory , within known human history . This closing decade of the twentieth century and the first decade of the twenty-first century form a glorious period in human evolution . Just as the fifteen minutes before and the fifteen minutes after the midday and midnight Sandhis { junctions } are spiritual moments in time and the two hours before and half an hour after dawn comprise a charmed period , even so , the junction point between the twentieth and the twenty-first centuries has on either side a decade of supreme blessedness and auspiciousness , potent with infinite possibilities for spiritual evolution . This generation is supremely blessed , and you who are now living in this period are more blessed than you can ever imagine . || OM TAT SAT ||
