How to do a proper deadlift: Here just with kettlebell to show. It will remain the same when you load it. With a longbar you might want to do with one hand an over grip and with the other an under grip. There is very little move in your knees (its not a squad) and you want to drive the butt all the way out until you feel a good stretch in your hamstrings. Just go as far down as your lower back stays in a neutral spine position. If your lower back bends, you already past your lowest position. I just corrected somebody in the gym for this one.
