I reccomend a ndatural conditioner with "none of the bad stuff" (link in comments) Rub into your hair and scalp, cover in a towel and leave on for 30 minutes. wash out after 30 minutes or leave on overnight and shampoo in the morning. Be sure to wash out conditioner and oil completely so your hair is not weighed down.
