How you can help (Friday, 6/20 version!): **We need volunteers to help in the kitchen at Salem to coordinate supper TONIGHT and lunch TOMORROW. The food is provided, we just need you to help serve and/or prepare for delivery. Starting with supper tomorrow the Red Cross will be serving out of a truck parked at Salem. **The food pantry will be open at Salem all next week for any who need it (no paperwork or requirements to meet as long as its a tornado victim); we need individuals to help assist there. **Volunteers and donations are appreciated at Wakefields Nearly New Store. We are particularly needing bedding, feminine under things, feminine hygiene products, and shoes. **To help walk fields and clear debris, contact the Wakefield Fire Hall at 402-287-2574. **There is a Wakefield Tornado Relief account now set up at the Iowa-Nebraska State Bank through the Wakefield Ministerium. Donations are welcome! If you are out of the area, you may mail donations to the bank at 402 Main St, Wakefield, NE 68784. **Keep praying...there are many heartbroken and weary people in our community.
