Howard - Collie/German Shepherd (mix) Morrow County Dog Shelter - Mt. Gilead, OH (bs) Howard is such a handsome, sweet, loving guy who is very unhappy at the shelter....he loves to be with people! Lets help get Howard out today! Howard arrived here after he was found wandering in the middle of a busy highway. He is a senior boy. We guess him at around 10 yrs old. When he arrived his coat was completely matted. We have since had part of his coat---from his hips back shaved to provide him comfort and to clean him up a bit. Howard is a gentle dog although he is very unhappy here at the shelter. He likes to lay in the sun and be close to people.
