Using old-style farming techniques, we grow a large range of vegetables and a selection of fruit. Our produce is hand-harvested, only as we need... that means its super fresh for you! This week, we are cooking up a new batch of this seasons Strawberry Jam, made from our very own hydroponic strawberries! Top tip: If you see the Strawberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla Bean Jam, be sure to grab a jar - just awesome on warm scones! Also in the works... Weve had many requests from Ballarat, Creswick and Daylesford and surrounds for delivery or collection point.
