Hows this for a bit of confusion - Sector Manager (previously Test Centre Manager) tells a group of instructors the speed limit is 20mph on a certain Rd (The one in question is Market St Bury outside Bury College), however signage says 30mph and is confirmed by my phone call to the highways dept at Bury council. Sector manager says signs are misleading and are to be changed, however Bury council say limit is still 30 and not due to change yet.
