Hrmmm... (Doc leaves a customers home with a Rocks raised eyebrow) - a very interesting exchange. FBers, care to explain and/or comment for me? Lol ***Doc is waved down by an elderly 80-something year old woman and water issues. I (who am already extremely busy & stressed) stop to help. I show her a couple methods to help fix her water problems - (I climbed under her sink to investigate a leak; explained that she must change her fridge filter as shes never done it in 6-7 years; I did a safari hunt around her house to locate her hot water heater for her; explained how to flush it; explained to her the negatives of a filtration unit; and I discovered how to bypass it & showed her how to do it). After my work & sweat, and me getting ready to leave... She tells me in a nice old lady voice: Well, youre a very very genius young man; your not intimidating; youve got a big heart of gold; and when you take off your glasses - you have very warm, poetic, caring, thoroughly investigative-almost rape-y eyes. To bypass the awkward moment, I quickly threw on my glasses as fast as I could, nodded my head, said thank you very much & good luck with the water issues, and ran outta there. Now, Questions Im left with: A) WTF was that? B) both Caring & Rape-y??! Was that an insult or a compliment? C) Lord, What even are rape-y eyes; and do I really have them? D) Did I just get hit on by an old senior citizen lady? E) Why the hell did I say Thank You? F) Why me?? Lol
