Human Resources Business Partner: Category : Human Resources Location/City : PA - King of Prussia Id : 3026862 Job Type : Direct Hire Global Employment Solutions is actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our clients Human Resources team to support expansive company growth. As a business and employee advocate, the HRBP assists in effectively developing, delivering & managing positive colleague relations and supporting a culture of engagement and ongoing development. This is accomplished through supporting effective performance management practices, developing and executing training initiatives, effective conflict resolution, management development, recognition/reward programs, and sound employment policies and practices. This position requires exceptional customer service delivery, as well as, experience with developing and applying consistent HR best practices. A fundamental understanding of benefits and/or business-to-business professional service operations is highly preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Support managers on policy interpretation, and other employee matters, including but not limited to performance management, internal investigations and creating plans to support effective employee development. In partnership with managers and supervisors, assist with establishing & maintaining highly engaged and highly functioning work groups. Develop, organize and facilitate human resources best practices and programs to meet the business needs. Identify training gaps, assist in the development and evaluation of training programs and processes. Partner with HR team to deliver a variety of classes, as needed. Guide, coach and train managers on a variety of topics and programs. Ensure appropriate job documentation is in place for all positions. Assist in interviewing and selection of positions. Drive execution of selection, hiring and on-boarding best practices. Partner with HR Director to ensure fair and equitable salary administration and the attraction and retention of talent. Monitor Human Resources reporting. Analyze data to assess trends and recommend action to address patterns. Act as an advocate. Establish and maintain trust by building effective relationships with associates at all levels of the organization. Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal customers. Understand and apply evolving Federal and State laws in conjunction with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk to the organization. Manage various HR projects and duties as required.Desired Skills & Experience Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience in Human Resources required; Minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resources management required; Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred; PHR preferred; Experience leading others (directly or indirectly) while working collaboratively across departments; Experience with critical HR responsibilities, such as, but not limited to recruiting and on-boarding, employee training and development, performance management, reward/recognition & engagement, benefit administration preferred; Proven ability to effectively influence Exceptional customer service orientation Effective organization skills Ability to work a flexible work schedule Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with associates, managers and senior leaders Ability to effectively write policies, procedures, guidelines and professional documents Ability to convey a professional and positive image to applicants and associates Experience with corporate compensation practices a plus Ability to read, understand and execute human resources related reports, policies and initiatives. Demonstrate proficient reasoning capability; use sound judgment to effectively guide, coach and/or make decisions in ambiguous situations. Experience within a health care, health and welfare consulting, insurance, benefits brokerage, human resources consulting, or employee benefits related industry is highly preferred; dlvr.it/7W9KVp
