Human Resources Centennial Symposium の２日目が終了しました。今日はこんな内容でした。アジェンダだけですみません。 Oct. 2 ー Reflections and Sharing ー Our World, Today and Tomorrow - Ideas from a Corporate Veteran Explore the changes needed to make a much bigger impact on the key societal issues of our time. ー The Power of Global Teams Understand the characteristics of effective teams through case studies and discussion, with emphasis on the cross-cultural awareness needed in building teams and leadership. ー Networking Afternoon 午後のネットワーキングというのは、実際は観光だったのですが、ここべラジオというところは、イタリアの湖水地方の一つ、コモ湖にあるとても小さい町なんですが、ヨーロッパっぽいというのも変ですが、キュートな可愛い街並みが素敵でした。 夕食は、ここべラジオセンターに長期（だいたい４週間）滞在しているレジデンスたちと交流する機会もあり、終了後は、このシンポジウムの主催者と参加者数人とも二次会にも参加してしまいました。（汗） ロックフェラー財団としても、HRをテーマにこうしたシンポジウムを開催するのははじめてとのことで、かなり無謀な挑戦だったとは思いますが、参加できてよかったと感じています。 明日の最終日も気を抜かずに頑張らねば！！
