Humbly I think that if kids are not given rules of living in a society, they will not have the tools to integrate properly, and unfortunately homes without the notion of good and bad are ill equipped to raise children. And it is easier to leave kids free to do whatever they want, and to give everything they ask for than set reasonable boundaries. So parents and teachers, and the whole country will have to find a way to give children what Biology, Math, Languages, ETC classes do not. I wish I could say this better, and probably I will get a lot of flask for this, especially from teachers that I know work hard in an sometimes not a friendly environment.
