#HumpDay Hip-Thrusts today with a video that includes how to set-up into position per request: 435x5 (10-second squeeze on the 5th and final rep) for 4 sets followed by 315x20 high rep back off set to cook those GLUTES so they plump like hot dogs. I LOVE this move in the middle of the week because its not too taxing on the nervous system and its really helped build my squats and deadlifts. I like to follow these with weighted split squats because my hips are wide open and fully activated. Since starting these about 4 months ago or so my glutes have grown more than they did when I gained 100 lbs in a year and half in high school (it wasnt good weight).
