Bartletts ruling December 5, 2014. We are watching in fear for Max Summers Life & in Hope that The Honorable Howard V. Bartlett does do the truly Honorable in returning Max to his Family! The Lyme Community is very close knit... We will not stop fighting for Max Summers & his Family, and will continue to fight for his return to his Family. Proving Mismanagement of Lyme and Tick Borne diseases according to their own Research, withholding of imperative research information, withholding documentation validating that the Vaccine created by Yale University had factually infected those vaccinated with Lyme Disease, rather than protect them...gross financial conflicts of Interests by the most influential researchers & panelists involved in determining treatment guidelines, all negligently on behalf of the IDSA, CDC, FDA, ALDF & Yale University. All of which are Criminally Punishable Acts, that have resulted in the tainted research of which was used to define the IDSA Treatment Guidelines & in part caused the politicization of a Chronic Lyme Disease, resulting in the deaths of Thousands in the US alone... deaths, disability & suffering of hundreds of thousands of Americans which is currently unmeasurable and the disability, suffering & loss individuals in Countries that have followed the US IDSA Guidelines.
