Hydration protocol: 1 tsp. of molasses and 1/ 4 tsp. of salt in 1 - TopicsExpress

Hydration protocol: 1 tsp. of molasses and 1/ 4 tsp. of salt in 1 liter (33oz. or, two of the 16.9 oz. bottles being distributed) of water will hydrate you better than just water alone. Water alone is not the best to use after any episode of dehydration. Bowel protocol: If your problem is not hydration but the opposite (constipation) you can mix 4 oz. of warm prune juice and two tbsp. of milk of magnesia and mix together. (Use this protocol before bedtime) If you have no result in the morning repeat the protocol. Only repeat this protocol 1 time. Then, consult your primary care provider or go to a facility for treatment. Many people are becoming dehydrated due to the adverse effects of the recent water problem. You can use these two protocols to help. Always consult a physician before you initiate them. I am not a doctor, but, I play one on TV.
