Hypothetically.... (assume TSA) You are driving along on holiday, and in the distance you see three Explorer Scouts by the side of the road hitchhiking.... What would you do. Assume you have your appointment card and can prove to the Scouts you are a bonafide Leader.... Also assume you have sufficient space in your vehicle to fit them all with seatbelts and all their rucksacks etc. They do not appear to be unduly cold, in distress, or tired and are waiting on a B road with a good volume of traffic. Discuss.
