I 100% agree with the world Health Organization that taxi caps that are not disinfected after been used by Ebola patients continues to spread the Killer disease. In my view, poverty is another factor that continues to spread the virus on Taxi caps. Liberia is one of the poorest countries that have over 85% of its population depending on commercial vehicles to move around and attend to their normal businesses. Now the Problem has been identified, what we need from the world health organization are necessary recommendations to mitigate the problem.
