I ALWAYS have and will respect everyones decisions coming to raising a child. I have MY OWN opinions and methods of raising my own, and by saying my own I mean the kiddos that came from my womb and any other child I take under my wing, wether its a relative, friend, or step child. I have, once again, MY OWN rules/ opinions as to how a child should be raised. By no means am I trying to get at someone or trying to be mean or single out one over another. I treat ALL my kids the same wether or not theyre mine biologically. Rules are set for a reason!! My boys have a step mom and she, too, may have her own opinions and set of rules...I as a grown woman RESPECT that and NEVER tell my kids that what she says shouldnt go. If theres a perfectly good reason for that rule that rule stands wether my boys like it or not!! ESPECIALLY IF THEY EVER DECIDE TO MOVE IN WITH HER AND THEIR DAD!! Now I DO NOT understand the drama between some females!! Drives me off the FN wall!! LOOK!! I KNOW that some females only contradict the step parent, because they still have feelings for their ex, but DAMN!! these rules are to benefit ur child and ur child only. Whatever past you and ur ex had is long gone... IN THE PAST, NEVER COMING BACK, LEAVE IT THERE!! TO ALL YOU FEMALES THAT LOVE TO CONTRADICT THAT ONE STEP PARENT... GET OVER IT!! If theres NO reason for you to be getting upset let the step parent raise that child(ren). NOW... PLEASE PLEASE comment. I would LOVE to hear EVERYONEs opinion.
