I AM ALIVE .. first of all, THANK YOU everyone for FB, phone calls, and texts of well wishes, thoughts, and prayers. I went into surgery knowing I was loved, a great feeling. Surgery at 1:00 pm, home at 6:30, modern medicine, and having a great nurse and chauffeur. Feeling beat up, very sore throat (Julie, will not let me share the scar photo), and still drugged up, but amazed by the relief of pain. Surgery went twice as long as normal, because of my massive neck mussel. I should be back to my usual smartass soon, and Facebook slutting in no time. Thank You, love you all.
