I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW! I was pulling out of the grocery store parking lot and something made me wait...2 guys got out of their car while leaving their senior dog (who I noticed was already panting) in the car. WHAT? Its 86 degrees outside, which means inside a car will quickly reach over 100 in a matter of minutes. I stepped out of the car and inquired if one of them was going to stay with the dog. Immediately, I was called every name in the book (and some that I dont think belong in ANY book) and was told to mind my own &*%& business. THIS IS MY BUSINESS!!! Im thankful to say that I ended up winning this one battle as the dog was leashed and walked outside with one of them. (Im also thankful my kids werent with me so I wouldnt have to explain what all of those names meant:) My heart is still beating fast...it was a little scary having 2 grown men yelling like that at me...and NO ONE in the entire parking lot cared to look twice to see if everything was ok. Interesting on so many levels...
