I COULD HAVE BEEN IN BUHARIS SHOE IF.... I just remembered thatI could have been in Buharis shoe by now if I was still on my desk in TASUED when the Student Affairs office was gutted by fire on 30th December. The fact is, I use to keep my credential in my office drawer and all my certificates would have been gutted by fire on that fateful night, Im still thanking God for my sabbatical leave opportunity . Yes it could happen to anybody anywhere in such a circumstance but I would have gone back to my institutions for certified true copies in addition to an affidavit. Be that as it may, I think what is left in Buharis matter is simply verification of the result details by the concerned authorities to ascertain its authenticity. It can easily be done since we now have the details like the Exam nos , the grades and the examination centre. Im sure nobody will tolerate Buhari a minute if it was found truly that his WAEC result was forged. Rather than engaging in all these controversies me think we should be procedural in handling the issue.
