I GIVE MY LIFE TO THE POTTERS HAND!!! For many of us, it can be difficult in the beginning stages of construction, to tell what a building will look like when it is finished. A foundation and some bare walls dont really give us a complete picture of the structure to come. A similar truth can be found in our walk with God. We often times dont know the compete details or requirements of the journey the Lord will ask us to take with Him!! We do not know what he will build within our lives! We can be assured that trials and temptations will be a part His constructive plans for our lives! However, in knowing that God has a purpose for every trial, He has already established a victory for us, and that every victory we will gain adds to the strength of our building and will inevitably allow us to endure through any storm that may come in our future, we can be certain that God is indeed working all things for our good a for His glory! Our confidence in the Lord can sustain us in the most uncertain of times. By trusting Him, we are able to face every circumstance with peace and assurance! We do not need, nor do we have to, give way to doubt and despair! In the week ahead, reflect on what you sense Gods plans are for you! For example, you can be assured that He wants you to experience victory over sin and know the joy of walking with Him. You may also have a specific sense of where He wants to take you or what he has mapped out for you to do in the days/months/years ahead. Place any uncertainty you feel about the future into Gods hands. Consider making a list of the struggles or questions you have for God. Seek the Lord and trust His leading. Then believe Him to do great things in your life! Remember, Gods ways are not our ways. When we live in the fullness of His will we can know for certain that everything He allows to happen is molding and constructing us into the Building of Glory He wills for us to be.
