I need help from people living in civilized states. government passed a law that any captured stray dog pound in seven days is euthanized if not adopted (in Bucharest are about 60,000 stray dogs). They are not euthanized by injection but by cruel methods: hammer head, torture, fire. problema is that the two years I feed a dog in front of the building i live in , and today the pound came to take him. I managed to recover, but is in danger all the time. is a very gentle and friendly dog who needs a family. if you are interested, please let me know and I can send pictures. thank you and please may help because I am desperate, and I already have two dogs.
