I. HATE. COMCAST. And even more than that I hate being a customer of theirs. I use that term loosely because that implies that I am paying someone $ to actually recieve a product or a service...which Im not since this particular service NEVER. EVER works. Seriously all of us unfortunate enough to be suckered into Comcast need to form a class action lawsuit and stick it to them. I want my $ back for all the previous months Ive paid for little to no service provided, I want to be reimbursed for my time for the two hour weekly phone calls I have to make to technical support trying to get my service up and running again...to only last a couple of days, I want compensation for the pain and suffering I endured everytime I had to navigate that terrible computer answering system with that patronizing voice only to end up with a customer service agent who cant seem to understand the words coming out of my mouth and probably cant find her way out of her cubicle if she had to let alone solve my connectivity issue or do simple math to realize why my bill is wrong. But mostly I just want out of my GODDAMN CONTRACT!!! so I can be free to go find a company that isnt a scam and can provide a product that really works. Oddly enough I entered that stupid thing because I ACTUALLY DO want to watch tv and surf the interweb when I am home. I know. Weird. Right? AAAARRRGGHHH!!!! thank you. I now feel slightly better.
