I HAVE ONLY BEEN EATING TWICE A DAY :O .. Do you think im going to lose muscle? I have finished trailing a new system nutrition system, it takes the best from carb back-loading, intermittent fasting, warrior diet, I dissected them took out the parts I feel wont work then I added my own theories on Nutrition with both muscle preservation, gain and fat loss as high priority. I believe gains can be made even in what some may consider a calorie deficit. I was honesty very dubious and thought Id lose muscle.. I didnt.. I got leaner, fitter & stronger, now sat at the heaviest and leanest ive been in years and the only change made, was this new diet I have had little food prep, so with my crazy schedule it has worked really well as freed up a lot of time.
