I LOVE a bit of leg work. When my legs feel strong, I feel strong. And if youve ever run around the steep hills of Bilgola in the Northern Beaches of Sydney where I live, youll know that leg strength comes in handy! Here are some not so standard exercises which are great to do especially if you feel like you have hit a bit of a plateau with your weight loss or fitness. Mixing it up is the key. Your body wont know whats hit it so it will work a whole lot harder for you. Enjoy! Lizzy x ps.
