I Love Mondays...my favourite day of the week. Monday is leg day - my favourite body part to train at BodyGuru Gym. Todays workout: Leg Press: 6 sets (warm-up 40kg x 20 reps/ 80kg x 25 reps/ 100kg x 30 reps/ 120kg x 35 reps/ 140kg x 40 reps/ 160kg x 35 reps) Leg Curls - 4 sets of 15 reps (small incremental weight increases with each set) Lunges/Split Squats on the smith machine - 4 sets of 15 reps per leg (small increase in weight with each set) Jefferson Squats - 4 sets of 12 reps* *this is new to my leg training, and something that is going to take some time getting used to. Like anything new, I felt a bit clumsy and uncomfortable doing it, but I will persevere:)
